The oath layer of Elysium
A promise that executes itself.
Lock supply. Route fees to buybacks. Prove it on-chain. Non-custodial, irrevocable contracts that turn a token team’s promises into facts anyone can check.

The problem
Every team makes three promises. None of them are verifiable.
Graduation on a bonding-curve pad settles one risk: the LP is burned. It leaves three open, and they cause most post-graduation rugs.
“The dev won’t sell.”
What actually happens
The dev bought 8% on the curve with five wallets and sells in slices.
What a holder can check today
Nothing, unless you trace wallets by hand.
With Horkos
Supply sits in a lock with a public schedule. Nobody can shorten it.
“Creator fees go to buybacks.”
What actually happens
Fees land on an EOA. Buybacks happen when the team feels like it, or never.
What a holder can check today
A tweet with a screenshot.
With Horkos
Fees land on a contract that splits them and buys back on its own.
“We’re here for the long run.”
What actually happens
No vesting. The team allocation is liquid on day one.
What a holder can check today
Nothing.
With Horkos
Cliff and vesting on-chain, visible on the token’s oath page.
Three modules, one page
Three promises become three contract states.

01 · Lock
Supply and LP, locked for real.
Deposit tokens or LP and choose a schedule: one unlock date, a cliff then a straight line, or equal steps. Once signed, the schedule can only get longer.
- Up to 20 beneficiaries per lock, each with its own schedule
- Each position is an NFT: the right to withdraw can move, the schedule can’t
- No early-withdrawal function exists in the code

02 · Tithe
Fees in, buybacks out. No human in between.
Point your launchpad’s creator-fee address at a Tithe router. A fixed share of every HYPE that arrives buys your token back in small TWAP tranches, then burns or re-locks it.
- Share from 10% to 100%, raise-only
- Tranches of 0.5%, capped at 1% of pool depth, every 8–12 minutes
- Anyone can trigger a tranche and earn 0.1%

03 · Oath
One page. One score. Zero declarations.
Every token gets an oath page and a score out of 100, computed from contract state alone. Any front end or contract can read it with one call: getOath(token).
- Unlock calendar, past buybacks with their hashes
- An embeddable badge for your site
- The same number Agora shows next to every token
The Oath score
100 points. All of them read from contracts.
Recomputed on every block from Horkos locks, the token’s pool and its Tithe router. No form to fill in, no team statement, no oracle. Any contract can read it with getOath(token).
Supply locked
15% of circulating supply = full marks
Lock duration
365 days average remaining = full marks
LP locked or burned
90% of LP = full marks
Fees to buybacks
share of creator fees routed to Tithe
Buybacks executed
executed in 30 days vs. still waiting

Oaths, as they stand right now.
Fees
Fees from the first lock. All of them buy back $HORKOS.
Mainnet targets below; HYPE amounts are set at deploy so a lock costs under $20. Holding or locking 0.1% of $HORKOS halves every lock fee.
| Action | Fee | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Create a lock (supply or LP) | 0.25 HYPE + 0.2% of tokens locked | 100% → $HORKOS buyback |
| Extend a lock | Free | — |
| Create a Tithe router | Free | — |
| Buyback executed by Tithe | 1% of the tranche | 100% → $HORKOS buyback |
| Calling execute() | 0.1% of the tranche, paid to the caller | Keeper incentive |

$HORKOS
Horkos keeps its promise with its own tool.
Every HYPE of protocol fees flows into the treasury’s own Tithe router, set to 100%: it buys $HORKOS and burns it. Supply only goes down.
- Fair launch on day one of Elysium mainnet. No presale, no hidden allocation.
- The team’s buy (target 5%) is locked in HorkosLocker the same hour: 60-day cliff, then 12 months linear.
- One utility: holders of 0.1% pay half lock fees. No governance, no staking: the contracts are immutable, there is nothing to vote on.
$HORKOS is not live. It launches on day one of Elysium mainnet.
