Overview
Horkos is the commitment layer of Elysium: non-custodial, irrevocable contracts that turn a token team’s promises into facts anyone can verify on-chain. The name is Greek: Ὅρκος, the oath personified, who punishes those who break their word.
A team that launches a token always promises three things: we won’t sell, the liquidity is locked, we buy back with the fees. Horkos lets a team keep all three by contract instead of by tweet:
- Lock: supply and LP locks with a cliff and linear or stepped vesting. No early-withdrawal function exists. Schedules can only get longer.
- Tithe: an irrevocable share of creator fees (in HYPE) is spent on automatic buybacks of the token, executed in small TWAP tranches, then burned or re-locked.
- Oath page: one public page per token with an Oath score out of 100, computed only from contract state. Any dApp reads the same number with
getOath(token).
Lock supply. Route fees to buybacks. Prove it on-chain.
What Horkos is not
It is not a launchpad, a terminal, a perps market or a gas vault. It is the tool tokens launched on those platforms use after graduation.
Status
Live on Elysium testnet (chain id 99801) with a demo launchpad and a demo AMM so the whole flow can be tried. Mainnet deployment is planned for Elysium’s public mainnet. $HORKOS is not live. It launches on day one of Elysium mainnet.
