Oath score
The score is computed by OathRegistry in a single view call, from state only: Horkos locks, the token’s HYPE pool and its primary Tithe router. No declarations, no off-chain data, no oracle.

Definitions
- Circulating supply = total supply minus the balances of
0x…dEaDand0x0. - Locked = what is not yet unlocked by the schedule. Tokens unlocked but not yet withdrawn don’t count: their owner can take them at any time.
- Remaining time: tokens on a straight line or in steps are counted at the midpoint of what is left of their window; a single unlock at its date.
- Points are returned in hundredths (3500 = 35.00);
scoreis the rounded total.
