Fees
| Action | Fee | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Create a lock (supply or LP) | Flat HYPE fee + 0.2% of tokens locked | Treasury → $HORKOS buyback |
| Extend a lock | Free | — |
| Create a Tithe router | Free | — |
| Buyback executed by Tithe | 1% of the tranche | Treasury → $HORKOS buyback |
| Calling execute() | 0.1% of the tranche, paid to the caller | Keeper incentive |
The flat fee is set at deployment: the mainnet target is 0.25 HYPE (adjusted to the HYPE price on the eve of mainnet so a lock costs under $20). On testnet it is lower so the faucet goes further. Holders of 0.1% of $HORKOS (held or locked) pay half of both lock fees.
Where fees go
Every fee lands in HorkosTreasury, which has exactly one way out: its own Tithe router at 100%, buying $HORKOS and burning it. Token fees from locks are sold on their pool (at most 1% of its depth per call) and follow the same path. LP tokens received as fees have no pool of their own and stay in the treasury forever, as liquidity no function can withdraw. Until $HORKOS exists, HYPE accumulates in the treasury.
The real revenue is Tithe, not locks: 200 locks a month is little; 1% of every buyback grows with the volume of every token that uses it.
