Lock

A lock moves tokens (or LP tokens) into HorkosLocker with a schedule. Each beneficiary gets an ERC-721 position (OATH). Whoever holds the NFT can withdraw what has unlocked; nobody can change the schedule except to make it longer.

Schedules

Every schedule has a cliff and an end:

  • Single unlock: cliff = end. Nothing, then everything on one date.
  • Cliff + linear: nothing before the cliff, then a straight line from 0 at the cliff to 100% at the end. “30-day cliff, 6-month vesting” means nothing for 30 days, then linear over the following 6 months.
  • Cliff + steps: same window, released in N equal tranches. Tranche k opens at cliff + k × (end − cliff) / N.

What can change, and what can’t

  • extend(id, newCliff, newEnd): only later, never earlier. Moving both later can only ever reduce what is unlocked at any given time.
  • The NFT can be transferred: the right to withdraw moves, the schedule stays.
  • There is no early-release, emergency or admin function anywhere in the contract, and no proxy.

Several beneficiaries

lockMany(token, grants) creates up to 20 positions in one transaction (team, advisors, marketing…), each with its own beneficiary, amount and schedule. The flat fee is paid once per transaction.

LP locks

Lock the LP token of the token’s HYPE pool exactly like a token. The oath score counts LP that is locked in Horkos or burned (held by 0x…dEaD or 0x0). Uniswap-v2 trading fees accrue inside the LP tokens, so they stay in the position and are released with it.

Which locks count toward the score

A position is listed for its token if it holds at least 0.1% of the token’s total supply when created (or after a Tithe top-up). Smaller locks still work and stay locked; they simply don’t count. This bounds how many positions the score reads, so nobody can make a token’s score unreadable by spamming dust locks. A position is unlisted once fully released.

Fees

A flat fee in HYPE per lock transaction plus 0.2% of the tokens deposited, both sent to the treasury. Accounts holding or having locked at least 0.1% of the $HORKOS supply pay half. Fee-on-transfer tokens are supported: the locker counts what it actually received.
