Tithe
A Tithe router is a fee address with a rule attached. The creator sets their launchpad’s creator-fee recipient to the router. Every HYPE that arrives is split once: a fixed share for buybacks, the rest for the creator.
Settings, chosen once
| Setting | Values | Can change? |
|---|---|---|
| Buyback share | 10% to 100% | Up only, by the creator |
| Destination | Burn (to 0x…dEaD), or re-lock for 6 or 12 months | Never |
| Creator | Receives the creator share, can raise the share | Can hand the role to another address |
How a buyback runs
- HYPE arrives.
receive()does nothing on purpose, so pads that pay with a 2300-gastransferwork. - On the next call, the new HYPE is split at the share in force at that moment.
execute()takes a tranche: 0.5% of the HYPE waiting (at least the minimum tranche), capped at 1% of the HYPE side of the pool.- 1% of the tranche goes to the Horkos treasury, 0.1% to whoever called
execute(); the rest buys the token on its v2 pool. - The tokens bought are burned, or locked in HorkosLocker for the creator.
- The next tranche is allowed after a random 8–12 minutes.
Anyone can call execute(): a Horkos keeper, a holder, a bot. The 0.1% reward covers gas. If the caller can’t receive HYPE, its reward stays in the buyback pool.
Re-lock mode
Tokens bought in the same 30-day epoch go into one lock position, which opens 6 or 12 months after that epoch ends. So every token bought stays locked for at least the chosen duration. These positions count toward the token’s locked supply and lock duration once they reach 0.1% of supply.
The creator share
The non-buyback share accumulates in the router. claim() sends it to the creator; anyone can trigger it, the HYPE only goes to the creator.
Several routers for one token
Creating a router is free and permissionless. The score reads the token’s primary router: the one that has received the most HYPE. Routers promote themselves on every sync and buyback, so an empty router created by someone else can’t take the place of the one the launchpad actually pays.
